🔍 We are looking for a scrappy growth lead (contract or full-time) who can grow our waitlist to 250K and help plan and execute our quarterly releases and public access launch.
This role will focus on one or all of the following initiatives - influencer marketing, viral drops, content marketing, ads, and anything else you want to prioritize.
This role is ideally in New York, but SF or remote is ok for the right candidate.

🤓 Responsibilities
- Grow our waitlist from 5K to 250K through bold, creative, and fast-moving growth experiments in a very short period of time
- Own top-of-funnel: manage our 40K-subscriber newsletter, lead email marketing, launch viral stunts, coordinate quarterly releases, and explore paid channels, events, and partnerships
- Kickstart and run influencer marketing and relations with 100 AI, productivity, and other B2B influencers
- Set the bar for brand: ensure every touchpoint feels distinct, polished, and shareable—nothing bland or boring
- Test new growth loops, gather insights, and help us move toward product-market fit faster
- Collaborate closely with the CEO/founder and engineering team to shape product strategy and roadmap, especially where it intersects with growth
👩‍🎓 Qualifications
- Proven track record of scaling user growth through creative and unconventional tactics
- Experience owning top-of-funnel channels: email, content, social, paid, stunts, etc.
- Experience running large influencer marketing campaigns
- Deep intuition for brand and storytelling—can craft moments people want to share
- Strong communication and collaboration skills—you give and receive feedback clearly and respectfully
- Passionate and obsessive about your craft—you sweat the details, move fast, and sometimes find yourself working late because you want to. You get things done.
- Comfortable working in high-velocity startup environments with lots of ambiguity
